An awful performance from Rovers ended in a lucky point as John Mullin equalized from the penalty spot. Northampton scored after just 10 minutes after a goalmouth scramble, and Rovers never recovered from it. The visitors didn't play particularely well either, but they were far better than Rovers in the final third. Rovers probably most of the posession, but were afraid when they saw the 18-yard line.. Nothing more to write from the game really. Worst performance of the year, and they really have to fire themselves up for the visit to Bristol City were we haven't scored since we got relegated five years ago! Now is the time...
